About Us

Founded in 2019, Kate Mill Training Club was built on the vision of creating a private, high-quality training environment tailored to the needs of individuals seeking personalized fitness solutions. With a focus on functional training, injury prevention, and long-term well-being, the studio quickly became a trusted space for clients looking to improve their strength, mobility, and overall health.

Recognizing the growing demand for a holistic approach to fitness, Kate Mill Training Club expanded in 2023 with the addition of a dedicated Pilates and Yoga Studio, offering personalized sessions to enhance flexibility, balance, and core strength. This expansion complements the existing private gym, ensuring a comprehensive wellness experience for every client.

To further support clients’ recovery and performance, our studio also offers bodyforming and massages performed by our physiotherapist, ensuring a well-rounded approach to health and fitness.

Hey, I’m Kate, nice to meet you!

I have practiced many sports intensively from an early age. I remained loyal to ballet for 17 years. I even ended up dancing with the St. Gallen State Ballet. This time not only shaped my body, but also my mind – discipline, precision and a deep understanding of how the human body works.

In 2019, I decided to turn my passion into my profession. I opened a private gym and a small yoga studio space where I have been offering personal training for individuals and couples ever since. My goal was and is to help people to strengthen their bodies, relieve pain and optimize their health – through targeted movements and individual support.

My Motivation
What drives me is the joy of helping people to make their everyday lives easier and more fulfilling through exercise.

Every body and every person is unique. It is important to me not to follow a one-size-fits-all plan, but to respond to the individual needs and challenges of my clients – be it back problems, arthritis, prostheses, general fitness goals or burnout.

My training is far more than just a collection of exercises. It is based on sound knowledge of anatomy and functional training. My approach is holistic and unusual in a positive sense.
