A hybrid yoga style. Increases strength and tones the body. A mix between yoga, pilates and HIT, Kate Mill style.
Fascia are a part of our connective tissue. Due to wrong or to little movement the fascia can become tight and unflexible. This can lead to tension and injuries. With targeted exercises and tools, like the black roll, muscles are released and losened.
Mobility is the ability to move freely through various ranges of motion. Whilst flexibility is passive, mobility allows you to move actively into and out of a position.
